Alvaro Pereira bemoans Rodrigo Palacio injury

Inter Milan midfielder Alvaro Pereira has admitted that the side will struggle to cope with Rodrigo Palacio's absence through injury.

The striker, who has scored 18 goals this season, was ruled out for a month on Thursday after suffering a thigh problem in training.

"It was bad news, but now we must think about Sunday's game and those who can do his job, although it won't be easy," Pereira told Mediaset.

Inter continue their Serie A campaign on Sunday when they welcome Atalanta to the San Siro.
