Stevan Jovetic expects fruitful season at Inter Milan

Stevan Jovetic has backed himself to enjoy a productive season at Inter Milan.

The Montenegro international striker recently joined the Italians from Manchester City on an 18-month loan deal.

Jovetic is confident that he can hit the ground running for the Nerazzurri in Serie A following a positive pre-season.

"I've spoken with Roberto Mancini. I can play in a few positions and have felt good where I've played thus far," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "I don't want to set a target for how many, but I'm sure I'll provide lots of goals and assists."

Inter Milan start the new Serie A campaign on Sunday when they entertain Atalanta BC.
