Mark Robins relishing derby clash

Huddersfield Town manager Mark Robins admits that he is keen to "get one over a local rival" when his team face Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

Huddersfield Town manager Mark Robins has revealed that he is looking forward to the Yorkshire derby against his former side Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

Robins made 15 appearances for the Owls during the 2003-04 campaign, and the former striker has admitted that he is looking forward to the opportunity of gaining three points over a local rival.

The 44-year-old told the club's official website: "It's a local derby. I played at Sheffield Wednesday and I know what a big, well-supported club it can be.

"We're looking forward to the game. It represents the chance to go to get one over a local rival. It's an interesting weekend ahead."

Huddersfield could move as high as 10th position in the league table with a victory at the John Smith's Stadium.
