Huddersfield appoint Simon Grayson

Simon Grayson has been appointed the new manager of League One side Huddersfield Town.

The 42-year-old, who has taken over from Lee Clark, has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal at the Galpharm Stadium.

It means that Grayson has made a quick return to management, having been sacked by Leeds United earlier this month.

Huddersfield are the second club in League One to appoint a new manager today, with Notts County naming Keith Curle as their new boss this afternoon.
