Bundesliga strugglers Hamburger SV will turn to former Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur manager Martin Jol to turn around their season, according to a report.
Hamburg suffered their seventh consecutive defeat against Eintracht Braunschweig in the Bundesliga on Saturday, a result that cost manager Bert van Marwijk his job.
According to Football Direct News, they will approach Jol, who recently lost his job as Fulham boss.
Jol has coached Hamburg before, guiding them to a semi-final place in both the Europa League and the German Cup in 2008.
The club are in a relegation battle as they sit in 17th place in Bundesliga.
