Germany fans throw missiles at Portugal players

A section of Germany supporters have been seen throwing paper missiles at two Portugal players during the ongoing Euro 2012 encounter between the two nations.

As Miguel Veloso and Manchester United winger Nani prepared to take corner routine, a large quantity of paper was thrown down on them from the stands.

Play was delayed for around a minute while the items were cleared off the field of play.

It remains to be seen whether or not UEFA will hand out any punishment for their actions.
