Fulham confirm Mahamadou Diarra deal

Fulham have announced the signing of former Real Madrid playmaker Mahamadou Diarra, subject to a visa.

Reports surfaced today claiming that the 30-year-old midfielder was closing in on a switch to Craven Cottage.

Diarra, who is a free agent since leaving Monaco last summer, will complete his move to London as long as he gains a visa.

The playmaker will stay with the Cottagers until the end of the season with an option to extend his contract by an additional year.
