Kit Symons: 'Fulham performance really frustrating'

Kit Symons describes Charlton Athletic's two-goal comeback against Fulham as "frustrating" and "galling".

Kit Symons has said that Charlton Athletic's comeback against Fulham was "frustrating" and "galling".

Fulham were two goals up with nine minutes remaining, but goals from Johnnie Jackson and Jordan Cousins completed the comeback for Charlton.

"I'm incredibly disappointed. To be 2-0 up and dominant in the game and cruising to then throw it away is inexplicable," Symons told Sky Sports News.

"There's no excuse. We should have gone on and got a third and killed the game off. We made poor decisions; don't take those chances when they come. If that's the case you've got to do the job right at the other end.

"We were so comfortable, it's really frustrating, really galling."

Fulham currently reside in 13th in the Championship table, six points behind the playoff places.
