Odds fall on Neville becoming Fulham boss

The odds on Gary Neville becoming the next manager of Fulham have reportedly been slashed in a matter of hours.

The former Manchester United captain opted to work as a Sky Sports pundit after retiring from playing in 2011.

However, the 40-year-old has been juggling media commitments with his assistant coaching role with the England national team.

According to Get West London, Neville's odds of being named Kit Symons's successor have swiftly fallen from 50/1 to 4/1 in a few hours.

Meanwhile, Rangers boss Mark Warburton and former Sunderland manager Dick Advocaat are thought to be contenders for the vacancy.
