Two of the sides chasing European football in the Bundesliga go head to head on Sunday, with Freiburg hosting Bayer Leverkusen at the Europa-Park Stadion.

The hosts are still in the midst of their best start to a campaign in 11 years despite a recent dip in form, whilst the visitors are looking to recover from a poor week that saw them let a two-goal lead slip twice in the space of four days.

These two sides head into their clash on Sunday in similar runs of form, as well as similar positions in terms of quality displayed this season so far.

For this reason, we are predicting a draw at the Europa-Park Stadion, in what is sure to be a tight encounter.

FC Koln vs. Stuttgart (Sunday, 4.30pm)

The Bundesliga's final match of the calendar year before the winter break takes place at the RheinEnergieStadion on Sunday, with FC Koln hosting Stuttgart.

The home side picked up their first away win of the campaign in midweek, whilst the visitors' revival in form was ended in a thumping defeat on home soil.

We say: FC Koln 2-0 Stuttgart

We are predicting Koln to continue their fine home form by recording a solid win to cap off a successful start to the season for them, whilst piling more misery on their struggling hosts.

The visitors remain without a number of players and it has hampered them for much of this campaign so far, so it is difficult to see them picking up any points against a strong Koln side on Sunday.
