Norwegian youngster joins Feyenoord

Feyenoord have completed the signing of Emil Hansson from SK Brann.

The 17-year-old, who made four appearances for the Tippeligaen outfit, has signed a three-year contract at De Kuip.

"We see Emil as a player with a great deal of potential, who is also very eager to learn. We are glad he has chosen Feyenoord," technical director Martin van Geel told the club's official website.

Hansson added: "Leaving Norway is obviously a big step, but I have the feeling that this is the right place for me to continue my development. I hope I do well in the Under-19s and hopefully one day I'll play in the Feyenoord first team."

Hansson made his Brann debut at the age of 16.
