Ronald Koeman: 'Ademola Lookman one of Everton's targets'

Everton manager Ronald Koeman has revealed that Charlton Athletic striker Ademola Lookman is one of a number of targets for the club in the January transfer window.

The Premier League club have been heavily linked with the 19-year-old for several weeks and Koeman has acknowledged that he hopes to sign the player at the start of 2017.

The 53-year-old is quoted by Sky Sports News as saying: "Yes, there is interest in the boy.

"It is a busy time because we have a lot of games in a short time and, of course, I'm involved in new players, in making the team stronger. We are working on that. We have certain interest in some players."

Lookman has netted seven times in 25 appearances for the League One outfit this season.
