Everton interested in Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca?

Everton are reportedly interested in signing Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti is keen to sign a central midfielder in the summer transfer window.

The Liverpool Echo reports that the Toffees want to sign a skilled ball progressor who is capable of regularly feeding the likes of Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin, something which Everton have had to manage without this campaign.

Espanyol are currently bottom of the La Liga table, meaning that the 23-year-old is almost certain to be available in the summer for a reduced fee.

Roca has made 33 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring twice and providing three assists.
