Everton plot Owen Hargreaves deal?

Everton have been linked with a surprise move for former Manchester United and Manchester City midfielder Owen Hargreaves.

The injury-plagued 31-year-old was recently expected to join French side Lille before a deal fell through.

The Toffees are now considering an offer for the former England international, according to The Metro.

Hargeaves played only four times during his season at City after making only 39 appearances in his three years at rivals United.
