Everton have reportedly eyed up a move for Watford's Emmanuel Dennis as a potential replacement for Richarlison this summer, should the latter leave the club.
Richarlison has been heavily linked with a move away from Goodison Park following another productive campaign on Merseyside, despite his side's fight against relegation in the Premier League.
Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are among the sides that have been linked with a move for the Brazilian, who himself arrived at Everton from Watford in a deal worth up to £50m back in the summer of 2018.
Now Dennis, a current Hornets player, is one of a number of targets that Frank Lampard's side have monitored should Richarlison leave the club this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
The Nigeria international enjoyed a solid debut campaign in the Premier League during the 2021-22 season, despite Watford suffering an immediate return to the Championship.
The report suggests that his club value the forward at around £20m, and the 24-year-old still has four years left to run on his current deal with the club after signing a five-year contract upon the completion of his £3.5m move from Club Brugge last summer.
Despite the struggles of his side throughout the year, Dennis went on to score 10 goals and register six assists across 33 league appearances for Watford last season.
