Team News: Eight changes for Swansea City

Eight changes for Swansea

Swansea City manager Bob Bradley has made eight changes as his troubled side make a tricky trip to Everton this afternoon.

The American has made wholesale changes as he looks for his first win in charge of the Swans, naming an entirely new backline from the one that suffered a 3-1 defeat to Manchester United last time out.

Kyle Naughton, Federico Fernandez, Jordi Amat and Neil Taylor are all named in the XI, with Angel Rangel and Mike van Der Hoorn - who scored against United - dropping to the bench.

Wayne Routledge and Gylfi Sigurdsson are the only outfield players to keep their places, as Jack Cork, Leroy Fer, Modou Barrow and Jay Fulton come into the side.

Leon Britton is absent from the matchday squad with a calf injury, while Jefferson Montero also misses out with a hand injury.

For the Toffees, Ronald Koeman makes four changes to the side that were humiliated at Chelsea last time out.

Leighton Baines comes back into the defence as Ramiro Funes Mori drops to the bench and Bryan Oviedo misses out, while Ashley Williams retains his place in the heart of the defence to face his former side for the first time.

Gareth Barry is out suspended and Tom Cleverley is benched as Koeman reverts to a 4-5-1 and brings in James McCarthy, Aaron Lennon and Idrissa Gueye.

Romelu Lukaku continues as the lone striker.
