England Under-21 international Thomas Ince feels Stuart Pearce's men put in a "special" display in their 4-0 win over Sweden.

England Under-21 international Thomas Ince feels that he and his teammates looked "special" in their 4-0 demolition of Sweden on Tuesday.

The Blackpool winger grabbed a brace, his first strikes for Stuart Pearce's side, while Sunderland's Connor Wickham and Liverpool's Jonjo Shelvey grabbed a goal each.

"At club level I've got a lot of braces this season, I've not had a hat-trick yet at a professional level so it's disappointing," Ince told ESPN.

"I've been unlucky in front of goal for England, but like I said it's just nice to get myself off the mark and I'm happy tonight.

"Even though it was a young Sweden side that came here, it was on a difficult pitch and we really did look special."

Ince has made 31 appearances for Blackpool this season in all competitions, scoring 16 goals.

England under 21s' Jonjo Shelvey scores against Sweden on February 5, 2013
