Derby County complete Tom Koblenz signing

Derby County have signed German central midfielder Tom Koblenz on a two-year deal.

The 19-year-old is said to have been locked in talks with the Championship club having enjoyed a successful trial period at the iPro Stadium, but has now agreed terms.

Koblenz, who was part of Hoffenheim's Under-19 Bundesliga title winning squad last season, is expected to link up with Derby's Under-21 squad before being integrated into the first team.

The Rams are currently seventh in the Championship table.
