Derby County midfielder Ivan Calero joins Burton Albion on loan

Derby County midfielder Ivan Calero has joined League Two outfit Burton Albion on a one-month youth loan deal.

The 19-year-old moved to the iPro Stadium last summer from Atletico Madrid on a two-year contract, marking his first-team debut with a goal against Charlton Athletic in August.

Brewers manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink told the club's official website: "I am very pleased with the loan of Ivan.

He is a bright, attacking and exciting young player. I am looking forward to working with him and I hope he does well with the club."

Burton currently sit second in the League Two table.
