Petr Cech doubtful for Czech Republic with arm injury?

Czech Republic and Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has reportedly suffered an injury scare after missing training with the rest of the national squad today.

The 30-year-old could be a doubt for the Czechs' final Group A game against Poland on Saturday after complaining about pain in his arm.

It is understood that Cech missed training today along with captain Tomas Rosicky in order to be treated in hospital for medical checks, according to reports.

Czech Republic are currently second in the group, just one point below leaders Russia.
