Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock has revealed that he is eager to boost his squad in the New Year.
The Eagles are currently in 14th place in the Premier League table following Saturday's 1-1 draw with Swansea City.
Warnock admits that he is satisfied with the squad that is available to him, but the veteran manager believes that more players are needed at Selhurst Park.
"The quality we probably haven't got but we've got a genuine bunch who don't know when they're beaten," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "We don't want to disrupt what we've got and we need to be careful with the type of player we bring in and they have to be better quality-wise.
"It would be nice to bring someone in on January 1 and we're looking at targets but it's difficult. Other teams want to replace ones they're selling and it always seems to end as a scramble however hard you try."
Palace are back in action on Tuesday when they entertain Aston Villa in the Premier League.
