Tony Pulis keen to sign Blackpool loanee Thomas Ince permanently

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis admits that he is keen to sign winger Thomas Ince on a permanent deal from Blackpool this summer.

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has admitted that he is keen to sign winger Thomas Ince on a permanent deal from Blackpool this summer.

Palace beat off competition from a host of clubs on Deadline Day to land Ince on loan.

The 22-year-old made an instant impact for the Eagles, netting a goal on his debut in a 3-1 win over West Bromwich Albion on February 8.

He has only made four first-team appearances since then, but Pulis remains interested in extending his stay at Selhurst Park.

"He's one that we'll look at once things are done," Pulis told reporters. "I'd love to sit down and get something done with him because I think he's a top player.

"Tom has been absolutely fantastic. He will be a top Premier League player, without a shadow of a doubt. He's got all the attributes and everything else.

"The unfortunate thing is that in the position Tom plays, Jason Puncheon has been outstanding and Yannick Bolasie's been outstanding."

Ince's current Blackpool contract expires in June.
