Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has insisted that he needs to bring in some new faces during the January transfer window to boost his side's chances of Premier League survival.
Pulis has urged the board to sign some new players, despite a 1-0 victory over his former side Stoke City on Saturday.
"We're hoping and praying we can bring some players in. We really need to bring some players in and that will strengthen us," he told reporters.
"The lads are waiting for a few to come in as well and we'll kick on from there. That's not for me to say, that's for Steve and Ian to continue to handle."
Palace are currently 16th in the Premier league table, just two points off the relegation zone.
