Tony Pulis named Premier League Manager of the Month for April

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has picked up the Premier League Manager of the Month award for April.

The former Stoke City boss guided the Eagles to four wins out of their five matches last month.

Palace found the net eight times during April, with three coming against fifth-placed Everton in a 3-2 victory at Goodison Park.

The team, who were tipped to be relegated in the early stages of the season, have retained their top-flight status under Pulis.

Palace sit 11th in the table on 43 points, 11 clear of the bottom three spots.
