Tony Pulis: 'Lots to fix at Crystal Palace'

Tony Pulis admits that he has a lot of work ahead at Crystal Palace, and the fans should not expect miracles immediately.

Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis has admitted that there is a lot that needs fixing at the club as he prepares for his first game in charge this weekend.

Pulis said that even though there are things that must change, the fans should not expect fortunes to turn around overnight.

"There are certain things that we need to change, but you have to take your time doing that," he told BBC Sport. "There are outstanding issues that need to be addressed, but generally I've really enjoyed [my start].

"Everything needs time to change and you need to change in order to push on. [The challenge] is recognising those areas [that need fixing] and trying to deal with it as you go along."

Palace are currently 19th in the Premier League.
