Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers provides an injury update ahead of their upcoming match against Crystal Palace, with Caglar Soyuncu set to return to the squad.

Leicester City have received an injury boost ahead of their match against Crystal Palace on Saturday as Brendan Rodgers has confirmed Caglar Soyuncu is available for selection.

After drawing their two previous outings, the Foxes will be hoping to return to winning ways this weekend, and they have several players returning to full fitness ahead of their upcoming match.

"Nampalys Mendy will come back into the squad, which is good. Soyuncu will come back in as well. Apart from that, it is pretty much the same squad," Rodgers told the press.

"We will see (on Ayoze Perez). He is just out this afternoon. He has felt rough for a few days so he is out doing a session with the conditioning coaches. We will assess that tomorrow.

"He (Boubakary Soumare) trained today. He had a soreness in his abductor, his groin area where he overstretched. He is back in training today."

Leicester City are currently 10th in the Premier League table, but a victory would see them leapfrog their opponents.
