Half-Time Report: Crystal Palace ahead against Cardiff City

Crystal Palace are leading Cardiff City after 45 minutes of their Premier League clash at Selhurst Park this afternoon.

The visitors should have scored early on when Fraizer Campbell headed over a cross from Peter Whittingham.

Cameron Jerome gave Crystal Palace the lead when he headed in Jason Puncheon's cross.

Barry Bannan then worked himself a good shooting chance by cutting inside from the right, but his long-range effort sailed wide of the goal.

Palace dominated the half but could not add to their lead and the game stayed 1-0 going into the break.
