West Ham United youngster Elliot Lee has joined Colchester United on a one-month loan.
The 18-year-old has gone straight into the U's starting XI for tonight's game against Shrewsbury Town.
Lee made his Premier League debut earlier this season against Stoke City.
He is the second young Hammer to leave today, with Paul McCallum joining Torquay United in a similar deal.
