Report: Valencia target Thorgan Hazard

Valencia have reportedly prepared an offer for Chelsea midfielder Thorgan Hazard.

The Belgian winger, who is the brother of Chelsea talisman Eden, signed for the West Londoners in the summer of 2012, but has spent the past two seasons on loan with Zulte Waregem.

His form for Zulte has alerted Valencia, who are readying a bid for his services, according to Het Niewsblad.

The 21-year-old scored 20 goals during his stint with Zulte.
