Report: Inter Milan still interested in Chelsea's Emerson Palmieri

Inter Milan are reportedly still interested in signing Chelsea full-back Emerson Palmieri at the end of the season.

The Italy international has struggled to hold down a first-team spot in his four seasons at Stamford Bridge.

Emerson came close to leaving Chelsea last year and has just one more season to run on his existing contract.

Italian outlet Calciomercato suggests that the Blues will not stand in the 26-year-old's way if a bid is made this summer.

Serie A champions-elect Inter, managed by former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, are said to be readying an offer for when the window officially opens.

Fellow Italian giants Juventus are also rumoured to be in the running to sign Emerson as part of a possible swap deal involving Paulo Dybala.
