Juan Mata ready to leave Chelsea in January window?

Juan Mata is reportedly considering leaving Chelsea in January due to frustrations at the lack of first-team football under his belt this season.

Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata is reportedly prepared to leave Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window due to his lack of playing time in the Premier League.

The Spaniard's future was under question in the summer, but the midfielder has been open about his desire to stay at the West London outfit.

However, it is understood that Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain are in pole position to snap up the 25-year-old in the New Year by launching a £35m bid to the Blues, according to Goal.com.

Reports have claimed that while Mata is happy in London, the midfielder fears that his position within the Spain squad could be under threat for next year's World Cup in Brazil if he fails to play regular first-team football.

It has been reported that Chelsea are willing to listen to offers for Mata.
