Liverpool consider Nicolas Anelka bid

Liverpool are reportedly considering a bid to re-sign striker Nicolas Anelka from Chelsea.

The Frenchman spent five months at Anfield in 2002 on loan from Paris-Saint Germain.

The 32-year-old could move back to Merseyside for £4m, according to caughtoffside.com.

The former Arsenal, Real Madrid and Bolton Wanderers player recently had a transfer request accepted to leave Stamford Bridge.
