Juventus eye January move for Salomon Kalou

Serie A leaders Juventus are reportedly lining up a January offer for Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou after admitting defeat in the race to sign Carlos Tevez.

Juventus boss Antonio Conte is looking to sign another striker when the transfer window reopens and had hoped to secure Manchester City striker Tevez.

AC Milan have since emerged as favourites to land the Argentinean, prompting Conte to make Kalou his number one transfer target.

The Turin side are currently two points clear of Milan at the top of Serie A, but Conte is keen to add fresh impetus to an aging forward line.
