Kevin de Bruyne returning to Chelsea?

Bayer Leverkusen general manager Michael Reschke has claimed that Kevin de Bruyne will return to Chelsea this summer.

The 21-year-old Belgian international, who spent last season on loan at Werder Bremen, had been linked with a move to Leverkusen in a deal that would see Andre Schurrle join the Blues.

"At a meeting on Wednesday in Leipzig, Chelsea and Jose Mourinho made it clear that Kevin returns to Chelsea," Bild quotes Reschke as saying.

"It was not possible to connect it with the Andre Schurrle transfer."

De Bruyne signed for Chelsea from Genk in the summer of 2012 but has yet to make a competitive appearance for the club.
