Chelsea youngster Lewis Baker loaned to MK Dons

Chelsea have confirmed that midfielder Lewis Baker has joined MK Dons on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old was recently on loan at Sheffield Wednesday before being recalled by the Blues.

Baker, who has made two appearances for England Under-20s, signed a new five-year contract with Chelsea at the start of the season.

The teenager could make his Dons debut on Saturday when they travel to Coventry City in League One.
