Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are regularly mentioned in the gossip columns, while Manchester City have also emerged as potential suitors.

According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea value Hazard at around £200m and in a bid to warn off other clubs, the Blues will try to convince the playmaker to sign a deal that will bump up his salary significantly.

The publication adds that the 27-year-old is content with life at Chelsea, but is waiting to see if Madrid launch an offer when the transfer window opens in the summer.

The West London outfit could be in danger of missing out on Champions League football next season as they currently sit fifth in the league table, two points adrift of the top four.
