Chelsea to make January move for Gonzalo Higuain?

Chelsea could be looking to make a move for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain in the January transfer window, according to reports in the press.

The Sun states that Jose Mourinho would like to be reunited with the former Real Madrid player as he bids to improve his strike force in the next window.

It is thought that Napoli could be willing to sell the player, with Chelsea prepared to pay somewhere in the region of £48m for the Argentine frontman.

Chelsea currently occupy third position in the Premier League table.
