Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain in contention to sign Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana?

Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain reportedly remain keen on signing Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana.

Having established himself as one of the best stoppers in Europe during his time in the Netherlands, Onana is ready to take on a new challenge.

Although the Cameroon international has previously been linked with a return to Barcelona, the Catalan giants have shown preference for retaining the services of Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

According to the Daily Mail, that has left Chelsea and PSG to go head to head to seal a deal for the 24-year-old.

Chelsea are only likely to press on with an approach for Onana if they are able to find a buyer for Kepa Arrizabalaga in the coming months.

Ajax are expected to demand in the region of £30m for their number one, who has two years left on his contract.
