Chelsea plot Victor Moses bid?

Chelsea are reportedly planning a shock bid to sign Wigan Athletic winger Victor Moses.

The 21-year-old Nigeria international, who featured in every one of the Latics' 38 Premier League games last season, is said to be reluctant to extend his contract with the Lancashire club.

Moses was watched on numerous occasions by Chelsea's technical director Michael Emenalo last season and the Blues are poised to offer £10m for the player, according to The Mirror.

It is rumoured that Moses's arrival could coincide with the departure of Daniel Sturridge, who is said to be unsettled at Stamford Bridge.
