Olivier Giroud will reportedly leave Chelsea this summer and join an Italian club, with Juventus and Inter Milan possible next destinations.

Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is reportedly poised to leave the club at the end of the season.

The France international has struggled for appearances since Thomas Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard in January.

Giroud's contract expires in the summer and, according to Calciomercato, he is on his way out of Stamford Bridge.

The report indicates that the 34-year-old's next destination is likely to be Serie A, with Juventus and Inter Milan previous tipped to make a move.

Despite his lack of starts this season, Giroud still has a respectable 11 goals in all competitions, including six in seven Champions League appearances.
