Chelsea confirm Lucas Piazon's loan move to Vitesse Arnhem

Chelsea have announced that forward Lucas Piazon has joined Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan.

The 19-year-old had been expected to be sent out on a temporary basis for the 2013-14 season following reports that Vitesse had lodged an interest in the Brazilian.

Piazon, who signed for Chelsea in 2011, will move to the Dutch outfit following his spell at Spanish side Malaga for the second half of the 2012-13 campaign.

The Brazilian has made three first-team appearances for the Blues so far in his career at Stamford Bridge.
