Chelsea have made a £1m bid for Nottingham Forest teenager Patrick Bamford.
The fee for the 18-year-old could raise to £1.5m depending on appearances, according to the Daily Mail.
The forward has made only two senior appearances from the bench for the Championship side this season.
However, he has scored nine goals in his last two academy matches.
