Thibaut Courtois returns in goal for Chelsea ahead of Sunday's Premier League meeting with West Ham United at Stamford Bridge.

Thibaut Courtois has been named in Chelsea's starting XI for Sunday's Premier League meeting with West Ham United at Stamford Bridge.

The Belgian goalkeeper has not featured for the Blues since their 3-0 Champions League defeat to Barcelona on March 14 due to a hamstring injury.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has made two changes from the 3-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur last time out as Willy Caballero and Andreas Christensen are named as substitutes.

Defender Gary Cahill also returns to captain the hosts - who sit fifth in the Premier League table - as they seek a return to winning ways.

West Ham boss David Moyes, meanwhile, has made one change from the 3-0 hammering of Southampton last Saturday as the injured Michail Antonio is replaced by Edimilson Fernandes.

Manuel Lanzini, who missed the game against the Saints with a knee injury, has missed out on a place in the squad.

Chelsea: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Rudiger; Moses, Kante, Fabregas, Alonso; Willian, Hazard; Morata
Subs: Caballero, Christensen, Emerson, Bakayoko, Drinkwater, Pedro, Giroud

West Ham United: Hart; Rice, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Masuaku, Kouyate, Noble, Zabaleta; Fernandes, Mario; Arnautovic
Subs: Adrian, Pask, Evra, Cullen, Diangana, Hugill, Hernandez
