Team News: Diego Costa, N'Golo Kante out for Chelsea

Diego Costa and N'Golo Kante miss Chelsea's Boxing Day clash with Bournemouth through suspension.

Eden Hazard and Willian are joined in attack by Pedro as Costa pays the price for accruing five yellow cards.

Meanwhile, Cesc Fabregas comes in for Kante in Antonio Conte's second of two changes from the side that defeated Crystal Palace last time out.

As for the visiting Cherries, Eddie Howe has made three alterations from the lineup that fell to a 3-1 defeat against Southampton.

Andrew Surman returns to the side having recovered from a hamstring problem, while Brad Smith and Dan Gosling are promoted from the bench. Dropping out of the XI are on-loan defender Nathan Ake - ineligible to play against his parent club - as well as Callum Wilson and Marc Pugh.
