Chelsea's Mark Schwarzer: 'Age not a problem'

Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has insisted that he is feeling "incredibly fit", despite his age.

The Aussie keeper, who recently joined the Blues from Fulham, will turn 41 in October.

"I am 40 years old but I feel incredibly well and I am holding my own, no problems whatsoever," Schwarzer told the club's official website.

"I feel incredibly fit and I love playing football. As long as I am playing well enough at this level I will continue to play."

Schwarzer and his Chelsea teammates are currently on the club's pre-season tour of Asia.
