Chelsea defender David Luiz has admitted that playing at the Club World Cup will be a dream come true.
The Blues qualified for the tournament after winning the Champions League in May and face Mexican outfit Monterrey in Japan on Thursday.
The Brazilian could face boyhood club Corinthians in the final of the competition, and he admits that he has always wanted to take part in the tournament.
"When I was young I always talked about this competition, dreaming that one day I would get the chance to play in it, in the final," Luiz told the Daily Mail. "Now I have that opportunity.
"We want to win it as well. It's a title Chelsea have never won and it would be good for us for the rest of the season."
Chelsea currently sit third the Premier League.
