Frank Lampard admits that he is still eager to contribute to any success that Chelsea may have next season.

Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has revealed that he is still eager to contribute to any success that the club may have next season.

The 35-year-old's future at Stamford Bridge came into doubt during the last campaign before he signed a new contract with the Blues.

"I'd love to contribute," Lampard told the club's official website. "Things have changed a bit in the last couple of years but if I can contribute and be part of a successful team I'd be more than happy."

Chelsea get their Premier League campaign underway on Sunday at home to Hull City.
