Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Garth Crooks insists that Manchester City are improving.

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Garth Crooks believes that Manchester City are beginning to hit a run of form.

Roberto Mancini's side started the league season in indifferent form, but victory over Sunderland on Saturday moved them into second in the Premier League table.

"Man City are starting to look like a team who have won the Premier League title and want to win it again," Crooks told the BBC.

Chelsea currently top the table with 19 points.
