Chelsea want to appoint Laurent Blanc?

Chelsea enter fray for Blanc?

Chelsea are reportedly interested in appointing Laurent Blanc as the club's new permanent manager in the summer.

The France national team coach has been linked with a switch to Inter Milan, who are now on the lookout for a new boss following the dismissal of Claudio Ranieri yesterday.

It is believed that Blues owner Roman Abramovich has already approached the 46-year-old manager over possibly moving to the helm of Stamford Bridge, according to Le Parisien.

The former English champions are reportedly also considering reappointing ex-boss Jose Mourinho as well as pondering a move for Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola.
