Demba Ba eager for Chelsea response

Demba Ba calls on his Chelsea teammates to respond positively to their FA Cup defeat against Manchester City when they host Everton in the Premier League on Saturday.

Chelsea striker Demba Ba has called on his teammates to respond positively to their FA Cup defeat against Manchester City when they host Everton in the Premier League this weekend.

The Blues, who are currently one point clear at the top of the table, host the Toffees at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

"We lost the last game in the FA Cup and we don't want to lose two in a row. That would be bad," Ba told the club's official website.

"We are just going to do everything on Saturday because it's important to get back to winning ways, it's important for the title race and it's important for our confidence."

Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 11 matches in the league.
